Six years ago my husband & I purchased our 1st home. While signing all the paperwork at the Title company, the only thing holding us up was the fact that we hadn’t even thought about obtaining home insurance! Who does that?!?! With all the stress of having our home built, we forgot! Not even realizing that Cliff Cottam Insurance dealt with home insurance, I thought to call them while I was in a state of panic! I have been doing business with Cliff Cottom Insurance for many years. The number one reason I have never switched is the customer service I have received from Anne Siebum. I think most people choose insurance at first based on price not realizing that the most important reason for insurance is the coverage and service you have when something happens. I have turned in a couple of claims through the years and to have an agent on the other end of the phone helping you like they are your best friend in a time of need is priceless.
